[Dual Side] Waves of Life Tote Bag

$218.00

There is a collection of 12 Chinese paintings from early 13th century by artist Ma Yuan in the Beijing Palace Museum which depicted 12 different types of waves. It captured the essence of the diverse nature of water, as it responds to its surrounding environment, and thereby the human experience and nuanced emotional experiences in this world.

This bag design by Hanfugirl pays tribute to that series of work, which was a turning point in Chinese painting history as it gave life and form to water—something formless and historically not been depicted with much attention in Chinese paintings.

Comes with specially designed and paired crane keychain.
