The Auspicious Cloud and Ruyi motifs have often been used to represent blissfulness and well wishes in the Chinese culture. The two with similar appearance also merged to form a unified auspicious symbol. In this design, we’ve merged the Ruyi (lit: As your heart’s desire) and the Xiangyun (auspicious clouds) into one, with the two echoing each other.

Serpentine pieces measure 11mm X 14mm
Serpentine is also known as Xiu Yu 岫玉 (lit: “Jade” from the cave region) in Chinese, as the region that produced it in abundance has a lot of cave formations along its coasts.

Note: Unlike conventional gemstones, jadestones have very different colours under different lighting conditions and surroundings. Photos are taken in daylight to best represent the natural colours when worn in the day. As such, they would look different when indoors. We advise to open your parcel in the day next to the window to best appreciate your first acquaintance with your acquisition. This piece, there is one that is slightly of a greener tinge as compared to the other which is more white.
Description
There is only one piece that is ready for order, the remaining can be customised as pre-orders with your preferred auspicious cloud colour (subject to availability of the serpentine colour at point of purchase).
Please write to me at hanfugirl@gmail.com prior to pre-ordering to confirm the availability of your preferred colour as even with green, there is a range from yellowish green to green.
Please also note that items of nature often comes in different colours and inclusions, and it might be difficult to get two with exactly the same colour but we do pair them as closely as possible.
With pre-orders, we might make slight adjustments to the findings or jade pieces to improve on the aesthetics or structure of the item. Changes would be minimal.
For Pre-Orders, please allow 1-2 months till delivery as we would need time to correspond and show you the colour options.
