All jade and stones are natural (In the case of Jadeite, it is Type A) with no chemical treatment unless specifically mentioned in the description of item.

In the case of yellow or red jadeite, should they be heat treated (which still is considered Type A as it is not chemically treated), I will also specify in the description so please ensure that you read through before purchasing.

The authenticity of the jade and stones have lifetime guarantee, and I would gladly refund you your purchase amount and your certification fee if it is proven otherwise.

If your silver rings from us are oxidised, you may send in to us for refreshment for FREE within 1 year of purchase. Thereafter, it will be a nominal fee and you can contact us for a quote.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fee and other additional taxes, duties or fees.

3 YEARS WARRANTY

Should you wish to resize your adjustable silver rings from us, we also offer a one-time FREE upward adjustment of ring size for the original buyer within 3 years of purchase. Thereafter, it will be a nominal fee and you can contact us for a quote.

If you bought a customised silver ring that has a fixed size, and it got too small, we also offer upward adjustments for FREE within 3 years of purchase. Thereafter, it will be a nominal fee and you can contact us for a quote.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fee and other additional taxes, duties or fees.

*Please note that specialty crafts like feather inlay, cloisonné, butterfly wings, mother-of-pearl might not be able to undergo such treatment due to its delicate nature. When in doubt, please reach out to us.

OTHER SUPPORT

If you wish to re-gild/gild your silver rings to gold or platinum colour, you may send in to us at a nominal fee+ shipping to and fro.

If your jade needs some TLC, or if you wish to repurpose your jade pieces, we are happy to explore the various options with you.

In the unfortunate event where you broke your bangle, we would be happy to assist with redesigning and repurposing it for other uses such as bracelet, necklace, ring or earrings. You can reach out to us for a quote with images of the broken pieces.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All customised items or made-to-order items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

For items purchased from us online, we offer a 7 Calendar Day Return/ Exchange from delivery date for all of our customers worldwide.

  1. The item is purchased via our online store.
  2. The item must be unused, in the sameoriginal condition, packaging when you first received and with the purchase receipt.
  3. Each item is only allowed to be return / exchange once. If a higher priced item is picked, the customer will need to top up the difference. If the customer choose to exchange for a lower priced item, we will not refund the surplus.
  4. Return / Exchange will NOT be applicable for discounted or sale or auctioned items.
  5. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  7. Approved refunds will be issued a store credit to be utilised within 3 months of issuance.


All items have been quality checked at time of deliver, therefore no refund or exchange are allowed for reasons such as damaged items.

Any items that are damaged or not in the original state will not be accepted for an exchange. We reserve the right to decide if the item is in condition for an exchange.

There will be a charge for administrative and shipping fees if free shipping has been previously provided for the item. The cost of return shipping shall also be borne by the buyer.

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Jade and stones are fragile and delicate items, we have packed them with great care and have provided all the necessary images in high resolution for your careful consideration. We will not accept any changes or refunds once it is sent out, so please handle them with care.

Jade items have natural inclusions and inner fault lines from time to time as naturally occurring in the stone, so please bear this in mind when purchasing the items.

Handmade items would also contain handmade traits such as some glue marks, metal wiring parts, asymmetry etc. which are iconic of handmade items. Customers who expect flawlessness can opt for machine-made bases or some of the machine-made items in the store.
